Shipping 

Orders will be despatched to Australian destinations within 10 working days of receipt of cleared payment for the order. 

We are more than happy to accept orders from overseas, but please contact us first to determine shipping charges. 

Returns 

Faulty, misbound, or shipped in error items may be returned for refund or exchange. Before returning items, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

The cost of returning any product is your responsibility. In the event we have made a mistake, the item is not as described, or the product is misbound or faulty we will refund reasonable return freight costs.

We will make every effort to process items returned within 3 business days of receipt. Please note any credit to your card account may not appear on your credit card statement until a future billing cycle, depending upon your card issuer's procedures.
